Living With Midas

For the first time in a long time I got up this AM and went to the gym. Granted the trip wasn’t a total success but I marked it as a win in my book because I actually went. I believe the key to doing something you don’t want to do is motivation.  What got me going this morning was my new alarm song. Aretha Franklin’s “A Deeper Love [C&C Hot Mix]” got me moving and shaking this morning and into my gym cloths. The thing is, I can’t help but think that if I had filled my water bottle this morning using this  beautiful gold faucet, the actual gym part of my day would have worked out a bit better. Who wouldn’t be motivated to cook more, drink more water or wash more dishes with this fixture in their kitchen? It’s a shame I live in an apartment because now this girl can only dream that she’s one amazing faucet away from conquering the gym…Happy Decorating Everyone!
