Cheers To Chocolate

I must say dark chocolate and I are BFF’S. I don’t know what it is but there is something about chocolate-lacquered walls that create a warm fuzzy feeling inside of me. Add in some customer leather chairs and this dining room feels like home. It could be my childhood love of the sit-com Cheers {leather and dark brown always reminds me of Cheers} that’s bringing out all these mushy feelings but I think designer Ashley Whittaker did an amazing job with this space. Granted it does have more of an Asian feel than a Boston bar but you get my drift. In the end the color scheme and textures in the room trigger some deep emotions and isn’t that what good design is supposed to do?...Happy Reminiscing Everyone!
