Hi Everyone, Suzanne at Vintage Runway was nice enough to send me pictures of her son’s newly purchased 240sqft condo. He hasn’t done much to it yet but he did refinish the beautiful parquet floors. Doesn’t it seem like flooring with character is hard to find these days? For 240sqft this condo has some great features such as good natural light, generous closet space (for a guy) and wonderful characteristics. All these are important to look for when purchasing a small space. The minute I saw the condo I thought of the last picture below and now I can’t wait to see the finished product…Happy Decorating!

I would love love love to see what he does with bathroom! We have the same blue tile. My floor and fixtures are different, but the blue is the same. I have been brainstorming on what to do to modernize it as much as possible. I haven't been able to find anything inspiring yet.
