I love this small bedroom design by Candice Olson. The minimalist furniture arrangement and the multiple lighting source keeps the room light and airy. I personally would have gone with an upholstered bench in front of the bed to make the room feel more comfy and cozy... Happy Decorating!

I just love everything Candice does, especially her drawings. She is the BEST. All you really do in a bedroom is lay on the bed to relax or sleep. The window makes it feel open and there is light and a table on each side. All the necessities. I love it.

I agree with you on the bench. You know the proportions in the room are done very well, as is the color scheme. I'm not wild about the combination of elements though. For instance, I don't see how the chandelier ties in with the rest of the room; the bedding feels more luxurious than feminine and its the only reference I see to the chandelier. Photoshop your bench in, Typhanie!! Have a perfect Friday and weekend!
