My love for all things 50's has been growing more and more over the years so you can just imagine my excitement when I saw the Crosley Princess phone in the latest issue of Matchbook Magazine. I love pink and think it would be great in any little girls room but I must say the black Kettle Classic is more my style. It would be lovely in any bedroom or office. The problem is, does anyone have a land line any more?...Happy Shopping Everyone!

I have a vintage 1970s phone sitting on my desk ~ plugged into my VOIP line ~ and it provides endless fascination to my younger visitors who have been known to ask "What is it? Is it a phone maybe?" The turning dial of numbers had them really stumped! They were trying to push the buttons instead!
These are gorgeous.
Those phones make me smile, but I remember when I was little and our family had phones with the cord attached...you could not move when chatting on the phone, now I'm able to work and chat. I do love the looks though!
