I Love

It's Monday and I feel tons better. I want to thank you all for your well wishes, they were greatly appreciated. Over the weekend I fell in love with this Hopper dot rose bowl from Kate Spade. At $75 the price is a bit too high for me so I'm on the hunt for a way to get what I want without breaking the piggy bank. I think some crafting might be needed....Happy Shopping Everyone!

I just found you and am so thrilled - just recently bought a teensy tiinsy place (but its all mine!) and I've been in the throes of decorating and making it home. I love the vase - firmly convinced a splurge on fresh flowers weekly are important!

Yes Neha fresh flowers are a must, they bring life to any space...if you have a Trader Joes next to you even better. They have great flowers at a great price.

Hey Emily, thanks for reading. I just found a similar vase at walmart for just $2.00. I'm heading to the craft store to see if I can get an etching kit at a good price so I can make the cute little dots....Hope you continue to enjoy the blog.

I've been lurking for a while now. Looking for a project to do from my Martha Stewart crafts book and THIS VASE IS IT (etching)! Thanks so much.

Trader Joe's is my go to for flowers -- they have a long lifetime too! I have roses from there that are going on a week and a half :)

Hi Michelle, let me know how it turns out. This is going to be my weekend project. I had tried frosted spray paint but that was too runny...The etching is my plan B.

Neha, I love Trader Joe's roses/flowers because they come in a great bundle and I can spread them around the house...More bang for your buck!
