Hi Mandy, thanks for reading. It's a BCBGMAXAZRIA Ruffle Halter Dress that I found on sale at Saks. I've only seen it online in white but I'm sure there are more colors out there. It was a great buy for me for under $100 and made me feel really pretty for one night =).
